A bit far 35 minutes to go to Sitiawan town, road dark, TNB should install more pole lamp
The service for wheelchair access to the Makan Kitchen is appreciated; however, the lack of access to the beach and other locations is a drawback for us.
The food selection could offer more variety and still has room for improvement.
In the mornings, having a cleaner wipe the glass panels so guests can enjoy a clear view of the beach during breakfast would be an added advantage.
Not sure why not assign room to new wings.

Had such a lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, Perak 💛 The place is so calm and conveniently located — perfect for a quick getaway! The rooms were super cozy and clean, and I loved the warm, welcoming vibe from the moment I checked in.
The food was amazing (can’t get over the breakfast spread 😍) and the staff were just the sweetest, always smiling and ready to help. Everything felt so well taken care of.
Definitely one of those stays that makes you want to come back again 💫🍃

I would rate my stay a 5 out of 5 so far — everything has been comfortable and the service is warm. I would love to see more family-friendly activities to make the experience even better.

It is a very beautiful beach resort. Check in and checkout were very smooth. Rooms were clean with a nice beach view. It has a good water park for children to enjoy. It also has a big swimming pool for adults and adolescents to swim in. It also has a kids play room for kids to play around. The beach was well taken care off just for an evening walk to enjoy the sunset and morning scroll. Finally there is a staff member, Laila to whatsapp us at anytime in case we have any problems during our stay.

The hotel has a good pool for kids and also can access to beach easily. Has kids club too. Very suitable for family trip especially with kids. During check in, has complimentary cotton candy for kids. Very awesome hotel with good breakfast buffet too.

Nice place...nice hotel..nice view..cuma tempat sarapan pagi kena letak extra portable air-cond bila terlalu ramai orang tak ada tempat dan terpaksa makan di level atas dalam masa yang sama rasa tidak selesa serta panas..just opinion that'll, ini pertama kali dan terus tempah 3H2M..rasa teruja apabila datang di sini..pada yang ingin datang di saran kan rancang dan ambil lebih dari sehari untuk menikmati keindahan suasana di sini.. terima ksih dan jumpa lagi...

This is the best hotel i stayed so far. I give rate 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Me and my family love to stay here especially my 3 years old daughter because this hotel is so kids friendly. Everything is good about this hotel. Food is good and many choices. The staff is friendly. I love the environment, very cozy and suitable for family staycation.

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut Resort from 28–30 September 2025. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the resort itself is beautiful with serene views of the sea.
At first, our room was close to the lobby with less privacy, but the team quickly arranged a room change to a higher floor with an amazing view. We were also pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful touches — a birthday cake and towel decoration for our son’s 9th birthday, which truly made our trip extra memorable.
Our family enjoyed the facilities, and the kids especially loved the pool and beach. We would love to see more family-oriented activities for children in the future, but overall, the experience was excellent.
Thank you to the DoubleTree Damai Laut team for making our family trip and our son’s birthday celebration so special. Highly recommended!
